This work reminded us of the power of systems intelligence and gave us the structure and support to go deeper. It’s hard work, but it’s the right work.

We chose to use the Well@Work diagnostic alongside our existing tools because we wanted to go beyond surface-level engagement metrics and uncover what was really happening beneath.

What we found was a different kind of insight that helped us name invisible patterns, validate some of our long-held intuitions, and gain a shared language to bring those conversations into the open. The systemic lens built into Well@Work made a huge difference. While other tools tell you what is happening, Well@Work helped us understand why. And that distinction from symptom to source was exactly what we needed as a growing, purpose-driven organisation navigating change.

It was mind-blowing to experience the dynamics in a particular organisation system come to life through Leading Well’s facilitation process and what gold they can provide to any leader faced with a decision dilemma. This was very out-of-the box, eye opening and different to me from anything else I have been to. It went beyond theory and into experiencing the human dynamics of change.

Leading Well sees the business as the Corporations Act intended – as a person. I have worked with Vanessa and her teams in my roles as the CEO of three separate businesses in the last ten years – all of them enjoyed significantly improved, competitive performance due directly to Leading Well’s contribution and work with the business and the team. The combination of a deeply caring approach, strong and diverse commercial experience and insights, the absolutely unique set of tools, and the process of empowering the business (and the team) to change itself, is unquestionably highly effective. The change in wellness will stick with the business as well as with the team and the individuals and deliver for a lifetime.

Leading Well facilitated our strategic planning review with our board and managers as well as designing our mentoring program for members.
