With Australia officially entering its first recession in 29 years, we want to initiate and facilitate open conversations among leaders about successful career transitions, reflecting on the dynamics for both leavers and stayers.
The Leading Well team of coaches work with individuals, teams and organisations to strengthen leadership and raise vitality. We decipher complexity and ambiguity by taking a whole system view. We go beyond behaviour into mindset to increase flow and resolve blockages.
This is no time to be working in isolation. We believe it is a time where conversations are needed to navigate the new future for your organisation. We know that conversations can be just as powerful online as face-to-face and we are keen to help you realise the same as you re-imagine and plan for the future.
We are offering an overview and “interactive taster” of our Career Transition Services for groups of 12 participants, during 90-minute facilitated leadership conversations.

Dorus and Brad, both Sydney-based leadership and transition coaches will facilitate your conversations with each other.
