About Helen Woods

More recently Helen has refined her professional practice and focused on enhancing the impact of leaders and senior executives by helping them develop the capability to realise their full potential – personally and professionally. Her coaching and mentoring assists clients to heighten their levels of self-awareness and bring ‘the whole person’ to validating passion with purpose.

As an experienced facilitator Helen has led ‘whole of system’ approach to organisational change and cultural transformation with groups up to 130 people. Helen’s generative approach to coaching introduces concepts as ‘breakthrough thinking’ and teaches people to ‘be fit-for-purpose leaders’. This encourages highly capable and confident people to seamlessly exhibit their technical skills, to tap into their EQ efficacy and through masterful thinking become exceptional role models.

Helen is the co-creator of The Circle of Knowing™ an emergent communication process involving dialogue and story-telling. This provides an organic, thought-provoking experience that encourages people to explore possibility, get to the core of learning differently, and inspires people to make better choices.
