Become an Accredited Well@Work Practitioner and learn how to use the unique Well@Work diagnostic to optimise performance and wellbeing across the enterprise.

Well@Work measures:

  • Psychosocial safety risk factors in accordance with Australian WHS standards.
  • Leadership quality and effectiveness, including systems leadership capability.
  • ‘System Dynamics’ factors reflecting patterns of behaviour operating at the layers of the organisation, team and individual.

Delivered as 3 Modules:
