Vanessa founded coaching and consulting firm Leading Well on the belief that leadership and wellness belong together. Through her extensive experience in mentoring, Vanessa has found that companies that thrive ensure they raise the overall wellbeing of their people. Vanessa is also a non-executive Director of MINDD.org
Vanessa’s core focus includes transforming team dynamics, leadership coaching, organizational transformation, coaching skills development, mentoring program design and facilitation and strategy facilitation. Currently Vanessa is co-authoring three books with international coaching and mentoring export David Clutterbuck from London University for Sage Press. The works cover team coaching, best practice mentoring programs and coaching and mentoring practices in Asia Pacific. Vanessa is also co-authoring a Feel Good Leadership program and book with Jenny Rossiter from FeelGoodLeadership in London.
Vanessa was recently a lecturer in the Sydney Business School ‘Applied Coaching Skills’ module for the University of Wollongong’s Masters of Business Coaching. She is passionate about quality facilitation and raising the bar on coaching standards.

Jude Reggett, Leadership Consultant and Coach
Jude consults in the area of workforce development while also practicing as a clinical psychotherapist and coach. Working as a clinical consultant Jude invites leaders to develop higher order skills and understandings in the areas of commitment, conflict, motivation, social and emotional intelligence improving organisational agility.
Jude has 15 years’ experience with Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE, eight of those working in Senior Educational Roles including leading Capability Development with a workforce of 2000 staff. Jude designs and facilitates educational and leadership programs focusing on relational skills. Managers and leaders in these programs have remarked on being able to better function in groups and carry out their role as leaders. Jude has presented on the subject of Fostering Creativity and Innovation in the Workplace at TEDx.
Jude holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and is a Clinical member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). She has been an active member on the Executive Board of Australian Somatic Psychotherapy Association. Jude has trained with the Australian Centre for Integrative Studies in relational organisational development, is accredited in Coaching (CoachU), Change Management (Procsi), Team Management Profiling (TMS), and Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA Australia). Jude also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Jenny Rossiter, Leadership Consultant and Coach
Jenny is a mediator, author, coach and human behaviour specialist. Her eclectic skillset has grown from the insights she has gathered from extensive study and training in psychology which she has applied very successfully within the business environment. For over 20 years, Jenny has developed and managed people, from global executives to sales force managers and representatives.
Through her relentless curiosity, her courage to explore as well as her wealth of experience, Jenny has gained a unique insight for unlocking individual strengths in business leaders and broadening their strategic capabilities.

John Towey, Digital Platforms and Product Design
John is our designer and digital specialist extraordinaire with a focus on developing learning solutions. With numerous years of industry experience, John has been involved with the creation and administration of workshops, webinars, e-learning platforms, mentoring programs, and conferences, as well as other learning and development offerings.
In addition to his sound knowledge of different platforms for delivering learning and development, John has extensive experience in designing the look and feel of course material and reviewing content. His skills are complimented by a thorough knowledge of software, coding, and technology, and how they can be utilised to form the best learning experience.
John also manages our social media drawing on extensive experience marketing learning and development, major events and optimising website design. Oh and did we mention, he is an awesome musician !
Fiona Pearman, Leadership Consultant and Coach
In her corporate career, Fiona held senior roles in sales, marketing and brand strategy /management. Her strategic consulting, culture development, customer insights, coaching, mentoring and facilitating skills are well regarded; she brings a combination of sensitivity and commercial nous to each assignment.
As a strategic management consultant and people development expert, Fiona works with clients to better access the strengths and talents of the people within the organisation. Fiona is particularly interested in bringing a systemic lens to all her engagements; she seeks to understand how each part of the system is contributing to the whole. This systemic approach includes supporting organisations to find new ways to overcome perceived obstacles or barriers by tapping into underutilised resources.

David Fudge, Leadership Consultant and Coach
David has consulted to a number of organisations undergoing significant transformational changes including restructures, regulatory change (FOFA – Future of Financial Advice), technology changes and cultural change. Clients include Sydney Trains, Westpac, BT, CBA and Department of Family and Community Services.
David has also worked with many leadership teams, executives and managers to provide facilitation, one-on-one coaching and business coaching in the areas of strategy, culture and deeper engagement.
David’s commercial background includes consulting roles with KPMG, pacific area-wide leadership program development for Dow Chemical, Sales Director for an IT systems integrator and Country Manager for Japan’s largest dental business for Australia & New Zealand where he developed and executed a strategic business plan resulting in record revenue and profit growth.
David is passionate about supporting leaders to hone their vision and more deeply connect with themselves in a way that delivers on their commercial objectives and aligns their people.
In addition to a psychology degree David has post graduate qualifications in Marketing. He is also a coaching supervisor to EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) standards, a Certified Meta Coach (ACMC), a trained Systemic Leadership Facilitator, an ODR Change Management Practitioner and is certified in the use of The Leadership Circle leadership methodology.
When not actively in pursuit of three sport-loving boys David loves to follow his passions of music and golf.
Melissa Pollack, Executive Assistant
Mel was previously a teacher librarian in the private school system and has a keen sense of organisation and dealing with people. Mel has coached many sporting teams and aims to inspire them to be their best. She has also organised large scale events and enjoys the challenge of bringing a team of people together and producing a fantastic end result.
Her experience allows her to deal with our clients professionally but with empathy. She is very mindful of keeping a balance between work and play. She is loving using her skills for Vanessa and the team at Leading well.
Jo Richards, Leadership Consultant and Coach
