Leading Well – That Which Cannot Be Named
Leading Well invites you to a workshop with Dean Mason and Candice Smith, as they explore how to be in more conscious and enlivening relationship with That Which Cannot Be Named.
Tuesday 31st May 4.00 pm – 5.30 pm. This is a complimentary online event.
About the event
In February we tasted how to be in more vibrant relationship with Nature, by the artful facilitation of Claire Dunn.
In our May taster, led by Candice Smith and Dean Mason, we will explore how to be in more conscious and enlivening relationship with That Which Cannot Be Named.
Candice and Dean each have diverse and complementary personal stories to set the scene for this workshop. Being schooled in different wisdom traditions and practiced in being ‘contemplatives in the world’ over many years, they will lead participants through a few simple and fun ways of encountering That Which Cannot Be Named.
In this relationship we go beyond nature, we go beyond others, and we even go beyond what we might consider to be our true ‘self’, while enlivening them all, making them whole and free in us. And it brings into question who ‘we’ are, and what our true identity might be.
This inquiry speaks to a core dimension of human experience that continues to be perceived, contemplated, interpreted, codified, and re-codified, culture by culture, generation by generation, and person by person. We invite you to come and take 90 minutes out to sit back, listen to others, reflect, and consider how this realm of relationship could be a source of invigoration for the future you sense and most desire.
This is the second of a series of 2022 Leading Well workshops exploring different perspectives to Leading Well.
