Choose your coach and book a time for your wellbeing assessment debrief session.

Welcome to Leading Well

We’re looking forward to meeting with you to debrief the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS) that you recently completed as part of your Leadership program.

To book your individual debrief meeting, select one of the four coaches below – Brad, Celia, Danielle or Tim – and click the relevant green booking button to select a meeting time that works for you.

Choose your meeting time carefully at a time that works for you.  There are limited spaces and we want to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to debrief their wellbeing assessment.  If for any reason you do need to change your time, make sure you do so with at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Tim Dyke

Tim has honed his leadership experience as an accomplished science leader with senior experience in leading professionals in science-based and government agencies. Leveraging this background, Tim loves working with the complexity, diversity and polarities of the organisations and systems we live in.

His areas of focus include:

He blends his passion, intellect and measured approach to help people aim high and be their greater self, and works with systems outside-in and your well-being inside-out, finding strengths and uncovering blockages.

For both individuals and teams Tim is passionate about expanding mind-sets and improving culture through deliberate consciousness, reflection, integrating work-life and life outside of work, and developing and delivering on big picture thinking for success. He enjoys working with people at all organisational levels and across diverse community groups. He bases his practice on evidence drawing on system dynamics, well-being, adult development, appreciative inquiry, positive psychology, and adult learning theory.

Tim’s current and recent clients include Vocus Telecommunications, ASG Group, National Health and Medical Research Council, AirServices Australia, YMCA, Office of the Gene Technology Regulator, Advocacy for Inclusion, Victorian Department of Education, PRAXIS Australia.

Recent projects include: Leadership coaching – one-on-one and team; Coaching post-360 feedback assessments; Leadership development programs for ‘accidental’ leaders; Appreciative inquiry to drive organisational values and strategic planning; Development and review of research programs; Development of a Learning and Development program for government scientists.

Tim is passionate about corporate governance, strategic planning, change management, risk and inclusive work cultures, is a Board member of a not-for-profit health organisation, and mentors young businesspeople and post-graduate students.

Brad Barr

Brad Barr is an experienced leader, coach, and facilitator, who is passionate about enabling leaders to grow, learn and succeed.

His empathy, desire to empower his clients and holistic outlook, have been strongly influenced by his own experiences in overcoming life-threatening cancer.

Brad has been providing organisational coaching to the Government and Private Sectors. His current and most recent coaching clients include Saluda Medical, Thales, Guardian Childcare & Education, NSW Department of Planning Industry and Environment, NSW Treasury, Golf Australia, Nine, Vocus Group, Life Trading, Vanderlande, ASG, Ashdown People, Hunter Douglas, and Laureate Education.

Danielle Dobson

Danielle is an experienced coach, leader, facilitator, speaker and mentor who is driven to help her clients build confidence in who they really are, so they can bring the best of who they are, to everything they do and define success on their own terms. At work, at home, in relationships and communities.

Danielle’s experiences of working in the corporate world of finance, living and working in 5 countries, supporting executives as a wellbeing coach, researching and publishing a book and being Lead Parent and Family CEO enables her to connect with and empower people with a range of perspectives and backgrounds.

Understanding each client is unique, Danielle uses a holistic approach when working with people who are stuck, feel unfulfilled or want to progress to the next level in their career. She guides, supports and energises them to use wellbeing as a cornerstone and focus on what is strong (not what is wrong) to achieve their goals and build a thriving life.

Together, Danielle and her clients create powerful results and positively impact not only the client but also their colleagues, families, teams and communities.

Celia Swales

Celia has a passion for ‘healthy leadership’ and change processes that sustain people over time. By focusing on this she creates workplaces where individuals and teams can reach their potential and allow a space to have conversations that matter in workplaces. In addition to over 20 years of experience in this area Celia also has undergraduate qualifications in psychology and post graduate qualifications in psychology and business management.

Celia’s experience includes working with various companies and projects such as OzChild, Initiatives of Change Australia, Ernst and Young, Government Departments, City Council, John Holland, Fortescue Metals Group, Airport Link and National Disability Services where she has provided services including:
