April McFadden

April is a highly experienced leadership coach, facilitator and practitioner who has worked across multiple sectors including corporate, government and education.

Working with both senior leaders and teams, April has provided coaching and mentoring for senior leaders while also supporting their people to maintain performance and wellbeing particularly during times of significant organisational change.

 

She has a strong background in providing advice, direction, mentoring and coaching to improve performance and customer relationships. April is also adept at working with teams in conflict or crisis to surface underlying issues in the dynamic and improve team relationships and coherence.  The focus of April’s work is to facilitate clarity and self-awareness, and foster problem solving and resilience to change.  

 

April has extensive experience working in Organisational Capability coaching individuals and teams to build capability in communication skills, relational skills, managing conflict and dealing with change.  As a facilitator and practitioner she has delivered workshops on Workplace Relationships; Difficult Conversations; Developing Your Emotional Intelligence; Persuasive Communication; Resilience and Wellbeing; Respect, Equity and Diversity; and Dynamics of Change.

 

April has a Bachelor of Arts in Education and qualifications in Coaching, Counselling and Psychotherapy

Louise Keramaris

Louise is a passionate coach and facilitator with over ten years experience in career, leadership and personal coaching and over 20 years in leadership roles.

Louise’s professional background spans Aboriginal Affairs, early childhood, primary health, education, sport and recreation, disability and aged care within local, State and Commonwealth government.  Louise has focussed in her work on women from diverse walks of life and backgrounds and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.

Louise has worked in partnerships to set up services, improve the quality, integrity, accountability and experience of services, government, corporations and authorities. She has worked with community groups in a consultancy, coaching and mentoring roles to develop partnerships, communication protocols and practices.  More recently Louise has worked as a Leader with E-Gen on Relationships, Governance and Facilitation.

Louise’s clients have included the Federal Department of of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, E-Gen and the Department of Human Services.

Tim Dyke

Tim has honed his leadership experience as an accomplished science leader with senior experience in leading professionals in science-based and government agencies. Leveraging this background, Tim loves working with the complexity, diversity and polarities of the organisations and systems we live in.

His areas of focus include:

  • Innovation through diversity – Inviting the power of the diversity of human expression and contribution arising through lived experience

He blends his passion, intellect and measured approach to help people aim high and be their greater self, finding strengths and uncovering blockages.

Tim enjoys working with people at all organisational levels and across diverse community groups. He bases his practice on evidence drawing on system dynamics, well-being, adult development, appreciative inquiry, positive psychology, and adult learning theory.

To book your individual debrief meeting, select one of the coaches below – April, Louise or Tim – and click the relevant green booking button to select a meeting time that works for you.

Choose your meeting time carefully at a time that works for you.  There are limited spaces and we want to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to debrief their wellbeing assessment.  If for any reason you do need to change your time, make sure you do so with at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
