Jude consults in the area of workforce development while also practicing as a clinical psychotherapist and coach. Working as a clinical consultant Jude invites leaders to develop higher order skills and understandings in the areas of commitment, conflict, motivation, social and emotional intelligence improving organisational agility.

Jude has 15 years’ experience with Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE, eight of those working in Senior Educational Roles including leading Capability Development with a workforce of 2000 staff. Jude designs and facilitates educational and leadership programs focusing on relational skills. Managers and leaders in these programs have remarked on being able to better function in groups and carry out their role as leaders. Jude has presented on the subject of Fostering Creativity and Innovation in the Workplace at TEDx.

Jude holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and is a Clinical member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). She has been an active member on the Executive Board of Australian Somatic Psychotherapy Association. Jude has trained with the Australian Centre for Integrative Studies in relational organisational development, is accredited in Coaching (CoachU), Change Management (Procsi), Team Management Profiling (TMS), and Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA Australia). Ian is a highly successful CEO with more than 20 years’ experience which he is now able to offer as a mentor and coach to assist clients on what it takes to lead teams and organisations.

After negotiating and completing a management buyout of Alcatel’s Enterprise Services Division, Ian went on to grow this business through a series of acquisitions and integrations to form UXC Connect, a $220M revenue technology services business with 650 employees.

During that time, Ian was admitted to the ARN IT Industry Hall of Fame in 2015, he was awarded the CRN Fast 50 Award four times (2006, 07, 11, 12) as well as receiving the Deloitte Top 50 Award in 2011.
While the business achieved outstanding commercial success, Ian attributes this not just to their business strategies but more importantly to the culture that was built and actively grown and the responsibility for authentic leadership he placed on himself and his leaders.

Janine brings considerable business experience across diverse sectors and functions to her role at Leading Well having worked across operations, marketing, sales, events and personal branding management in a wide range of industry sectors including creative, business, artistic and marketing. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of leaders at the top of their professions including entrepreneurs in commercial and social organisations.

More recently, Janine has worked with small business and non-profit sectors providing expertise and assisting with operations including office management, staff management & training, database management, project management and overhauling administration infrastructure.

In her role at Leading Well, Janine works closely with our founder, Vanessa Fudge as well as the rest of the team with a focus on assisting Vanessa, marketing and program support.

Janine encourages ‘Spicy Conversations,’ is slightly obsessed with tea and is passionate about the health and wellbeing of self and others.

Janine is trained in Crucial Conversations, Nonviolent Communication and the Lewis Deep Democracy Method – Level 1&2. She also has qualifications in Event Management and Holistic Coaching.

Candice has worked for over two decades in Africa and Australia to help bring out the innate humanity of individuals and organizations in the public and corporate sectors through coaching, training and leadership development. Following a first career in academic publishing, she transitioned into facilitation and coaching in 2004 to help build individual and team effectiveness through more courageous and value-rich relationships.

Candice has designed leadership development programs and coach and mentor training courses. She has delivered these to executives, senior managers, coaches, mentors and teams internationally and locally. Some of Candice’s past and current clients include: ActionAid’s IHART team across Malawi and Kenya, South African Petroleum Industry Association, Old Mutual, Western Cape Department of Local Government and Housing, the Democratic Alliance Political Party, South African History Archive (SAHA) and Department of Basic Education, Directorate: Race and Values in Africa. Born in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, she was initiated into organizational life in the early days of post-Apartheid democracy. Driven by a need to shift the quality of human interaction at an individual, group and systemic level, Candice trained as a facilitator, coach and consultant in the Thinking Environment® in 2005 with Nancy Kline and in 2008, Candice established Time To Think’s South African office and four years later, she emigrated to Australia.

Trisha was born in Kampala, Uganda and is now a British citizen living in South Africa. Prior to her coaching career Margaret worked extensively in the IT sector. She was responsible for negotiating the acquisition of Australian owned CAZ Software to UK owned multi-national RM PLC and was subsequently appointed to the executive team of RM Asia-Pacific to manage the merger of the Australian operations over a two-year period.

Margaret has worked at the executive management level for publicly listed companies, helped grow small businesses into national market leaders, consulted to Education Departments in Victoria, ACT and Western Australia and consulted to systemic Catholic and Anglican education groups in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra-Goulburn and Northern Territory.
