Carol is an executive coach, mentor and team coach, combining her wealth of business experience from more than 20 years’ as a successful senior executive with the latest research in optimal performance and wellbeing. She believes in a purpose led, strengths-based approach to cultivating vitality, performance and resilience. By fostering systemic leadership and wellbeing, Carol helps executives reach their full potential and flourish in a dynamic work environment.

Carol has held executive roles in multi-national to small medium business, focused on disruptive technology market transitions. She has led global teams, developed and implemented strategic change initiatives and has a broad range of functional expertise, specialising in product innovation & marketing. She has also held the position of non-executive director of a technology start-up and provided consulting services to the technology and professional services sectors.
Driven by her belief that collective leadership is required to drive optimal and sustainable business performance, Carol pivoted her career during 2017 to focus on supporting the leadership development of others. Having completed a certificate in Coaching Psychology at Sydney University and a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing with the Langley Group, she is accredited in the Leadership Circle 360 Profile and the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey assessment tools. Carol’s qualifications also include certifications in Systemic Leadership and Systemic Team Coaching and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.
She has designed and delivered leadership pathway programs for executive leadership teams across a range of sectors, also providing team coaching and one on one leadership coaching and mentoring. Some of Carol’s past and current clients span a range of industry sectors and organisations including; NSW Treasury, Position Partners, Criterion Conferences, Universal Music, Commonwealth Bank, Vocus Communications, RXP Services and Bluefin Resources.
