Sonya is sought after by large and mid-tier government and corporate clients to support their leaders authentically grow and build highly successful organisations where empowerment and self-responsibility exist at all levels. She is a ‘front of room’ specialist renowned for her ability to create the ‘safe space’ required for individuals to connect more deeply with each other and their personal learning experience. In her work with executive teams, her deep relational skills help to forge aligned, energised and productive executive teams able to deal with the most demanding challenges.

Sonya’s coaching clients have included Global Pay, TransMax, Qld Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy, M+T Resources, Qld Department of Transport, Uniting Church of Qld, Laureate International Universities, Net Engine, Queensland Health, Brisbane City Council, University of QLD. Her projects have ranged from team and individual coaching, strategic facilitation, as well as delivering multi-agency leadership programs across Government.

Having spent over 25 years in management and the executive levels of multinational and national corporations for global brands, Sonya’s highly practical approach enables deeper learning and sustainable leadership uplift.   She is passionate about building leadership capability and developing the crucial ‘soft skills’ required for high impact leadership.  She loves working with leaders to hone their personal and interpersonal awareness enabling themto achieve success for their organization and for themselves.

Sonya started her work life as a scientist with the CSIRO, then as a metallurgical engineer and has since held a number of leadership roles with Microsoft Corporation as well as holding a number of non-executive board positions in Brisbane Tech start-ups.
